We will still be taking reservations over the phone, but have temporarily shut down internet reservations. When we are assured that the online reservation system is running as it needs to be, we will announce it here on our website.
Because we are not running our full season fleet of golf carts, we want to insure that all players have access to power carts for play. Because of this, we will limit reservations for play to 4-somes only before 3 pm. This allows us to play the maximum number of players, and also allows more total people the ability to play. Thank you for your understanding.
The Jessamine County Health Department has stated that golfers utilizing power carts when they play must ride as singles, unless you are part of the same family, like a husband and wife, or share a household. Because of this, our ability to provide carts for all golfers is exceptionally limited, and we apologize that we may not be able to accomodate all who wish to play and take a cart.
We do not wish to join up people into a group that you do not know. We ask that you call ahead for starting times, and understand that we may not be able to accomodate all who wish to contact us to play.
We will take payments in person at the pro shop, but must limit the number of people checking in to no more than 4 people at a time. This is for the safety of our customers as well as our staff. And, when checking in, please maintain at least 6' between you and the people around you. If you would like to call ahead to pay, we can take credit card payments over the phone, and simply assign your cart to you when you arrive. And, once the online reservation system is running the way we need it to, we will also offer online secure payments for golf, driving range, and other amenities as we add them to the online ordering system.
It is important to help us keep everyone safe, and respect the no more than 4 people are in the clubhouse/pro shop at one, keeping at least 6' space between. We will be constantly sanitizing hard surfaces, door handles, and the like. If you feel more comfortable with staying outside of the pro shop to sign in, we can assist you by taking a credit card inside to process, and return it to you once we have approval of the charge.
While most people prefer to take a power cart, due to our elevation changes, we offer walking as well. The fee for 18 holes walking is $18 for 18 holes, and $10 for 9 holes. The best way to get exercise
If we are unable to accomodate you with golf, think about using the driving range. We are working on providing you with an upgraded range, with more and better grass as the season progresses, and better range balls. Once we get out of the wet spring, we will have a new batch of range balls, courtesy of one of our sponsoring partners, the Don Franklin family of dealerships. Please think of them if you are considering a new or used vehicle.
We have stopped preparing and serving food temporarily, until we can expect steady delivery of the quality products we have introduced into our menu. Our full service bar, the only liquor licensed facility in Jessamine County, is open. The only restriction being that you must take your drink outside, as inside service is discouraged for health reasons.
We strictly follow state ABC laws, which means: if you consume it here, you must purchase it here. Please do not jeopardize our license to serve alcohol, or cause us to be fined. If we find outside alcohol being brought onto premise, we will deal with it quickly, so we hope to have your cooperation.
